Baseball5 to feature as demonstration sport in Mediterranean Games 2026

Iakovos Filippousis (pictured with WBSC President Riccardo Fraccari), the Secretary General of the International Committee of Mediterranean Games, met the WBSC Members among the 26 participants in the Games on the sidelines of the WBSC Congress in Bangkok, Thailand. The WBSC will promote the creation of a Mediterranean Union featuring WBSC members. Italy will host the Mediterranean Games in 2026.
