The WBSC has honoured Ron Finlay (Australia), Jeffrey Koo (Chinese Taipei, pictured above), Rommel Pacheco (Mexico), Taeko Utsugi (Japan), and Robert Steffy (Guam) with the prestigious Order of the Golden Diamond.
